KHIZAN Exchange Policy

Hassle-Free Exchanges:

• Unworn, unwashed items with tags within 7 days of delivery can be exchanged (size only).
• Sale items and those with discount codes are not eligible.
• Color variations due to device settings are not accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process:

1. Email info@khizan.com within 7 days with the order number and reason for exchange.
2. We'll guide you and provide a return shipping address (use a reputable courier).
3. Upon approval and inspection, your new size ships within 7-10 business days.
4. Only one exchange per order; credit note issued for unavailable sizes (valid 90 days).

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancel within 24 hours of ordering via email (info@khizan.com). Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
• No refunds are offered only size and defective/damaged product exchanges.
